Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions is a legal contract between a client and Pro Detailing Solutions, also know as (PDS). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, paying our invoice in full or by a deposit , you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by this contract under the terms and conditions with us at PDS.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, PDS may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms and Conditions we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, or at an agreed upon location (mobile), and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property, and third-party rights. We are not responsible for any injury, accidents, or property damage while we are on our site, including mobile/client’s location unless otherwise.
Clients Contract Agreement
Clients are required to either prepay the invoiced amount in full, or pay a deposit of 30%, prior to the work commencing. The vehicle\s keys will not be handed back to the client unless the total amount is received in full. Failure to do so will result in an additional $60 late fee being charged each day past the completion of the service. You acknowledge that we have the right to hold your vehicle for a period of 28 days, in which further action will be taken with no further notice to the client.
All invoiced amounts may be subject to change, in which case the client will be notified prior to the commencement of work.
Once the invoice amount has been either payed in full or via a deposit you (the client of PDS) agree to our terms and conditions and are bound by this contract.
At the completion of the service, PDS will not accept any liability or responsibility for any negligence on part of the owner. We will not accept liability if maintenance protocols have not be adhered to by the client.
PDS will not owe any refunds if the client has moved location to where the works on their vehicle have been requested to be complete by PDS & the client/clients.
PDS has a 60-minute window for arriving at location from the time booked at, allowing for travel, road works, car accidents or any serious emergency.
Termination of Service
PDS reserves the right to terminate access to our warehouse and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms and Conditions have been violated. We do not accept disrespectful behaviour towards our staff. You acknowledge that we hold the right to leave the job should a client display disrespectful behaviour towards any of the PDS team. We will not take responsibility for any incomplete work, and an hourly rate of $85 for the time spent on the job will apply if payment has not been made in full prior to the service commencing.
